Getting started is easy! Fill out the form below to set up a time to try out a class or to talk to a coach. Once you've attended a class and had all your questions answered, you'll register for the Foundations Course.

Everyone must complete our Foundations Course to become a member. Foundations at CF Nomad is a 2 day course. We cover all the basic movements of CrossFit, from the air squat to shoulder press to medicine ball cleans. We also discuss: What is Fitness, What is CrossFit and nutrition. Day two we cover more advanced movements that consists of pull-ups, muscle up progressions, power clean, snatch, etc. Once this course is complete, you are prepared to join any of the Nomad classes.
